I had problems from day one with the other company. I found wayfair online, I called the number the lady that answered the phone was very polite. When I asked what size it was she wuickly found it and told me. I ordered 2 of them. When we received the product it was better then we expected, so we ordered 2 more. The second two came and one of the boxes was partly opened, when I opened all the way. I noticed that bth of the boards were cracked. When I called them about this. They immediately said they would send out a replacement. I thought they were just going to send out the boards, but they sent the whole thing out.
