This nifty stand is just what we wanted. It holds our 32-inch flat-screen TV, cable box, DVD player and Roku Internet-streaming box without being obtrusive. In fact, its so unobtrusive that you would barely notice the stand itself, except for its shiny metal upright supports. Assembly is ridiculously simple. We hand-screwed it together in under 10 minutes, and that allowed for taking some time to read the instructions -- mainly diagrams -- to make sure we were doing it right. The tv is on the first tier, the second tier is holding the DVR, while the third has a dark woven basket which holds all my miscellaneous items.
