I bought this to replace a Nu Wave oven, I liked the nuwave but was having to spend too much replacing the domes. This oven (Fagor) is comparable to the other one in wattage and has the benefit of having a glass bowl instead of a plastic dome, I have used it 3-4 times since receiving it and am very happy with the way it cooks. I have cooked fish, chicken and pork and it all turned out very nice. This oven cooks pork much better than the other one I had. The chops came out juicy and tender. I have had this thing for about 2-3 weeks now and I use it about 2-3 times a day. Things I have used it for include: - Toasting-produces perfect toast every time - Baking-the result comes out faster and better than your conventional oven - Broiling hamburgers, fish, steaks, lambchops-leads to the perfectly cooked meal and afterwards, the oven and its pans are so easy to clean - Frozen Pizza: for some odd reasons, the pizzas that come out of this oven are so good. The cheese gets nice and brown while the crust remains crispy. The included pan may be the reason - Reheating food: I reheat almost everything in here, not the microwave. The reheat mode warms the food gently, not drying it out and preserving its original texture. Most recently, warmed up some general tso's chicken and it tasted better than right after it was delivered to me. In summary, I highly recommend this oven (obviousy). I am a busy guy who never really cooked before, but I think this oven is going to make me want to cook. I love the precision it gives me and the shorter cooking times."..." Read more

I love kitchen gadgets and thought this looked like an interesting item. I recently bought another convection oven and I like it also but found it hard to clean and the NuWave oven looked like it would be easier to clean the grease spatters from broiling. The NuWave oven is larger than I thought it would be (which is fine) and it IS so easy to use and to clean. I love the fact that I can look at what's cooking from all sides and it's so fast it does put my other oven to shame in the speed department. It bakes, browns, heats, thaws, and does everything it says it will do and does it well. I am 100% satisfied!"..." Read more

It cleans up easily and easy to operate. I expected it to cook meat faster than it does. I could put a roast in the regular oven and it would cook in the same amount of time. Also, it seems to leave the roast dried out instead of moist like I thought it was supposed to do. At least in the regular oven, you can put foil over the meat to keep it moist, but you cannot do that with this Deni oven. Overall, I think it is a great little oven if you don't have a range oven or if you are single and want to cook something small."..." Read more
