This is a beautiful console. It arrived in perfect condition, not a crack or chip. I use it on the upstairs landing, with a Howard Elliot mirror hanging over it. I carried it upstairs in pieces, put it together and stood it up. Easy as pie. I am a 68 year-old woman, so don't think you can't do this. I could just as easily use it in the dining room or as a sofa table in the living room. Very versatile. Nicely made.
