I love this table as an accent piece. It has a really nice pop with the black/tan and a little red. The finish is well done, no chips, scratches or blemishes, (it has a slightly distressed finish). It looks really great. Minimal assembly, putting the legs and bottom shelf on, my hubby did in about 15 minutes. The drawers are usable but no glides or anything like that, (so not like sturdy office furniture). Its great for what it is, an accent sofa table.
On a side note, we were first delivered the cocktail table instead of the sofa table. Wayfair was very good about having a new one shipped though waiting 2 weeks again was a bit frustrating. We put the wrong one back in the box and they had UPS come pick it up. Their customer service was very good and always got right back to me with emails."..." Read more

The console table satisfied all my space and color issues. The only iIssue is that the drawer falls out, if you unknowingly pull it out to far. It needs a stop so the drawer doesn't fall out!"
