I wasn't sure I was going to like this If you follow the instructions you can't possibly screw up a meal. If you make sure the oil is hot and you added enough oil, always use cold rice for fried rice. Even adding eggs towards the end of cooking will not make anything stick. Add scallions at the very end for just a few seconds. This easily goes from stove top to table, avoiding additional serving platters. |

I love this product! We love this wok! It cooks quickly and evenly and it's a good large size. It's a little difficult to clean but we use it all the time anyway and would still buy another one. Highly recommend this for stir fry. |
