Ive had allergies all my life and have generally gone with a down comforter that has a plastic like cover on it. This silk comforter is great. I have no allergy issues with it at all. I live in Boston where it gets quite cold. I got this in the summer and was a little worried it would be warm enough in the winter. To my suprised this thing is great at regulating my body heat.
