The blanket itself is pretty nice. The material is soft, and it is pretty warm. I bought this for my three year old son who outgrew his old toddler size blanket and he loves his new blanky.

Service Review

While the product is good, the ordering process was a pain. I live in Canada, but I have a mailbox in the US where I get US products delivered to. But somehow the website got my billing address and shipping address mixed up and the order was "being processed" for a week. Then I went in and changed the shipping address to my US mailbox, thinking that would solve the problem. The status updated to something like "your status will be updated on such-and-such date" but 10 days after the said date it was still stuck on the same status. I had to then e-mail customer service to ask them where my order was. While the CSR provided good service, I would rather just see the order being processed without me waiting and asking questions.

We can not get over how thin, but how warm this blanket is. Even in the basement it keeps you toasty warm.
