Fast shipping was appreciated! Very easy to assemble - in spite of those whose reviews stated differently.

Gives good support, but is made of very inexpensive material - do not stand on it. There is vibration only - not an actual message where the message balls are moving.

This set was the biggest piece of JUNK I have EVER purchased online. It is very cheaply made and very unsteady. It is a tipping hazard for sure. Strange that you just requested a review for this item. I just threw it out today. After the seat gave way. And the upholstery was peeling. Don't buy this chair and ottoman set. I am out [$] which I live on a fixed income. And afford to lose. I am very upset with this purchase.

The recliner came and looked just like the picture. The massage and heat work great. It is nice and slim and my husband doesn't get out of the chair. Everyone who comes thinks it is leather and have to try it out. It looks great in my living room.

Uses it daily for 10 minutes and feels great all day. He loves the feel and ease of use.

Little difficult to put together, but help was available. Works fine and looks good in my room. Looking forward to using the heat when it gets a little cooler. The recliner had strong chemical oder - needed to air it out - then it was fine.

The only think negative is that the chair base could be a little taller.

First off it is a rather comfortable chair and the massage capabilities are good for the old body. I often wake at night and like to read, but sitting up in bed was a pain. So I invested in this chair, and I am glad that I did. Not only is it great for reading but I often fall back asleep in the chair. My only complaint is the instructions to put the chair together were written by a blind person. The directions require some experimentation but keep your temper and it will fit together. The manufacture should do more with the instructions so that the parts are labeled correctly.

This chair is great it does what I expected. the details were spot on. Is there some noise? Yes. however, after just a bit you do not notice it. It has strong vibration and I love the heat feture as well. my husband and I are flipping coins to see who gets it first! We both have some chronic pain and this chair is like heaven.
