I put it together myself and it came packaged very well. The box was in good condition and all the parts were well protected. I just put my chair together, not comforable at all, hard as a rock cushion ,try an lean back it like having a log stuck in your back,the wheels roll very poorly on my hard wood floor.Looks ok but if I would of sat in it at a store ,I would not of bought it and I will try and return it ! As a matter of fact I plan to order another one for myself, (This one was a birthday present for my wife and she will not let me swap the chair that I now have for this one. L o L.)
