Kelley from Reisterstown, MD	5.0 4/6/2012 Comfortable Chair The Comfort Products Granton Leather Executive Chair with Adjustable Lumbar Support is an assemble it yourself chair that came with good directions and was fairly easy to put together. The hardest part was attaching the arms to the back of the chair, where you need to be careful so as to not damage the leather. A slight manufacturing defect that had the wrong size bolt receptical installed was easily remedied by using a different bolt than called for, but left me short. Replacements were received very quickly. I like my new chair. Was this helpful? Yes / No
