Awsome deal for the price and so relaxing.... I received it within a week!!!! I would have given it a 5 star rating, but the instructions are a poor.

I bought one of these recliners two years ago and was so impressed with it that I bought a second one as a gift for my sister. Unfortunately hers' was delivered in a bashed up box and was missing parts. To their credit Wayfair/Wayfair promptly shipped out a new replacement which arrived intact (they never bothered picking up the damaged one). The heat and back-leg vibrators work quite well with several programmed cycles and intensities. The stitching and workmanship on the vinyl covering appears quite good, but unfortunately, the vinyl covering is of such poor quality it began to harden, crack and peel in on the armrests and seating area in less than a year. Too bad they didn't use a higher quality vinyl for these, since in other respects they are a fine product.
