Comfort Products Deluxe Heated Reclining Massage Chair with Ottoman

This massage chair is working out really well for me. The size and the qaulity are both exactly what I was hoping for.

The chair and ottoman were delivered promptly, great communication from Wayfair, and out of the box, it looked like a really great buy! Thatâ™s when the âfunâ began. Honestly, if I could have met the miscreants that wrote the directions and drilled misaligned bolt anchors during my 3 hour ordeal trying to decipher the encrypted directions and make everything fit, it would have been all over for one of us. I have a metal shop, a wood shop, do my own plumbing and electrical work, and have labored many times before holidays putting stuff together for kids and grand kids, and never have I had such a hard time. BTW, once the chair and Ottoman are put together, the directions made perfect sense. The directions NEED re writing, and the parts tabbed as to front and rear, thatâ™s all and it would have been a dream. Several parts did not mate as they should have because the holes were either slanted or off slightly. For two hundred bucks and change including shipping, the great looks of the chair and ottoman and the overall quality of the materials, itâ™s a steal. Whether the chair and ottoman will hold together, thatâ™s another matter.

We love this chair. Easy to assemble and beautiful in the room. It's very comfortable and flexible. It is, though, a little difficult to get out of.

This particular chair is good for sitting, relaxing, and reading but oh, is it hard to put together! Even though my wife is an engineer with a propensity for putting things together, it took both of us hours to figure it out and when we did, one bolt would not go into the groove. Wayfair was quick to help us out and quick to send a replacement part. Seems like a good company to deal with. Good selection of products and very quick to respond and ship.

Excellent construction and pricing. Chairs are designed for a small to medium person. Chairs sit low to the ground which are good for people of average height. Massage and heat functions are wonderful with a variety of functions available.

A little complicated to put together, not bad. a about 20 minutes, Works great. No problems. Price was very good, quality is good, works great.Looks good as well. Its a bedroom TV chair for me its perfect.

I love this chair and so does everyone who sits in it. It is small which is perfect for me cause Im 51 It does have a weight limit of 225 lbs.It is so comfortable! and the massaging is so nice also.The faux leather is really nice and soft.The color is gorgeous.The price was perfect.

Each day my mother who is eighty years old enjoy her massage chair for 90 minutes. It makes her day. Thank you

looks really good quality for faux leather and is really soft and doesn't feel like that usual faux leather. very comfy, perfect size and size for our home office. Like that it swivels and enjoy the massage/heat. very easy for me to put together...I did it myself in 30 mins..
