Disappointed in Columbia

This product is advertised by Columbia to be the exact product we had on the floor in another room of the house. It is clearly not the same product. It is rated to be a "hard" finish. After a month of being installed in 2000 squ feet of the house, the surface scratches and dents much too easily. This is extremely disappointing since we were very satisfied with the Columbia Natural Hickory floor we had installed 5 years ago. If I install a hardwoor floor in the future, it will not be a Columbia product. Wayfair has been great to work with, but the Columbia/Mohawk is another story.
