I have also purchased two other rugs from [...]and have been extremely happy. Always skeptical buying via internet when you cannot physically inspect product - but I have loved everything I have purchased from you. Service Review I am very disappointed with delivery and am planning to phone you. I paid quite a bit xtra for two day air - hoping to have the rug before my holiday guests arrived. I am owed a 40.00 or so refund. I ordered the rug in early Dec., it shipped on the 21st of Dec., but was not delivered until Jan 3 or 4. I paid for two day air and did not get it. Was this helpful?
