The frame below the coffee table top was misaligned which I didn't notice until screwing in the leg assembly which damaged the the table on the underside. The hex screws stripped as I tried to insert a shive to fill the alignment gap, forcing me to buy new screws -metric, which were hard to find-, and touch up paint. This was also the first time I've ever purchased furniture that didn't provide extra hardware.
