We bought this table for less from another vendor, but the shipping did take a lot longer than Wayfair. It is a great table for the price! It is heavy and sturdy. It took about 5 minutes to put it together. The copper is a bit brighter than in the picture, but the wood is about the same. The nail heads are actually a strip of plastic nail heads glued to the copper, but we knew this going into our purchase. For the price, you shouldnt expect real nail heads. The slate has a bit more green than the photo, which we liked. It is comparable to California Gold slate, which matches our fireplace. It is definitely a neutral color, but not quite a brown as the photo. The slate is natural, and therefore, not perfectly smooth. We like that, but if you want it to be perfect, this might not be the table for you. I would recommend this table!"..." Read more

I bought this table for my living room and it's exactly as pictured. Extremely solid/heavy piece that my kid/dog/husband can't move around. The piece has one large mirror across the top and beveled side pieces on top of a nice chrome base. So far it's resisted any damage/scratching/etc despite heavy daily use. Like all mirrors it does require a bit more work to keep clean, but still much easier than the glass table we had previously. Was super easy to put together - did it myself in 20 minutes, although getting the top on would've been easier with two people. Only concern is that the corners are slightly sharp. We were very happy with our Bassett coffee table purchase. It looks great & the quality appears to be well built. The only helpful comment I have is: The manufacturer shouild put a note in their assembly instructions " Be sure that all screws are inserted, but leave them loose by a couple of threads until all componants are assembled to avoid misalignment.
