Cottage: Products with a Cottage design usually have lightly painted coats and/or distressed/whitewash finishes, and indoor wicker/rattan elements. Usually simple pieces of furniture with and old, antique feel, but not as heavy or dark as traditional furniture

Modern / Contemporary: Very clean, simple, straight lines, no decorative scrolling, futuristic look. Often features angular designs and solid colors

Transitional: Blend of traditional and modern that fit in with almost any décor. They feature a simple, angular look and edgy construction materials, such as glass and metal, as well as classical lines and carved wood details.

Traditional: These products are based on historic design models. This style is characteristically ornate, orderly, and bold. Straight lines are often contrasted with curved details, and brass, iron, and hand-painted wood often appears. More grand than casual, these furnishings have ornate or showy details and have often an old-world flair. The classic details of traditional furniture are reflections of the periods and influences of years gone by.
