I wanted a larger volume Espresso Coffeemaker (aka moka pot) for my hubby, and this 10 cup size was the largest I could find. 10 cup size 10 small espresso cup sizes. The stainless steel quality on this product fits the bill exactly. I particularly wanted the inside material of the water reservoir to keep from corroding. The previous moka pot we owned was another brand and non-stainless. The inside of it corroded, causing metal flakes to float in the water - not a desirable feature. The interior of this moka pot is the non-corroding type - exactly what I was looking for. This product is heavy, which indicates copper induction engineering - if so, the copper (which you cant see) is likely what makes this coffee maker rather expensive. When I first looked at this coffee maker a year ago (Nov. 2010), it was only 75 but has gone up in price so I jumped on it before it went up more. Also, the title of the product says Replacement Parts (plural) however, it really only comes with ONE replacement part - the rubber seal ring. The other filter included is not technically a replacement part instead it is to be added to the existing filter to lessen the volume of ground beans if you want a smaller quantity of coffee. It cant be used in place of the existing filter if that should get lost or broken. All in all, we are VERY SATISFIED with this coffee maker, and my hubby is a major coffee snob so that says a lot. If you enjoy espresso type coffee without using a full-blown espresso machine, then this is the way to go. We expect many yummy cups of coffee from this coffee makermoka pot for many years to come."..." Read more
