    Pimm's Cucumber Cooler

    For a lighter drink, fill glasses 3/4 full, and top with ginger beer or ginger ale.

    Prep: 5 minutes

       1 English cucumber, halved crosswise and                  cut into wedges
       2 oranges, sliced
       3 fresh rosemary sprigs
       2 cups Pimm's No. 1
       2 cups refrigerated lemonade
       1 cup cucumber-flavored vodka
       Garnishes: orange slices, cucumber spears,              rosemary sprigs

    Place first 3 ingredients in an ice-filled pitcher. 
    Stir in Pimm's No. 1, lemonade, and vodka. Serve in ice-filled glasses. Garnish, if desired. Makes 5 cups.

    Pink-a-Colada



    Prep: 5 minutes

       3 cups cranberry juice cocktail
       2 cups coconut water
       1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
       2 cups coconut rum
      Garnishes: pineapple wedges, tropical flowers

    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large pitcher. Serve over ice. Garnish, if desired. Makes 8 1/2 cups.

    Seaside Sunrise


    Prep: 5 minutes

       2 cups pineapple juice
       2 cups orange-mango juice
       2 cups passion fruit-flavored rum
       1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
       2 tablespoons grenadine
       1 (750-milliliter) bottle sparkling wine (optional)
       Garnishes: orange and lime slices

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large pitcher. 
    Pour into ice-filled glasses, and top with
    sparkling wine, if desired. Garnish, if desired. Makes 11 cups.
