Great for my cruiser!

I wanted something sturdy for my 12 month old to practice walking. After lots of research, I decided on this wagon. I liked the wagon idea and that it wouldn't move fast. Just wish it had maybe a bell or something fun to push on it. So far however(after a couple weeks) my son really likes his wagon. I can tell he is very proud of himself pushing it across the room! He also likes to take off the sides and put his toys in and out (great extra place for some of the many toys everywhere too!) We found putting some of his heavier toys in the wagon helped to slow down the wagon on our hard wood floors making it the perfect speed for him. The only negative thing to say that as per other reviewers, it is difficult to turn, so once it helps the wall you have to assist turning it around. Probably not a big deal in larger spaces but in my small house, it's kind of a pain. But I imagine I might encounter similar problems with other sturdy walkers as well. I am hoping he will learn to maneuver it himself once he learns to walk! I don't think it will be long now. This wagon has definitely given him a confidence boost! (He still goes to his push, ride on car first though because he loves the sounds and lights on it's steering wheel. Too bad the car wasn't sturdier and slower like the wagon! It would then be the perfect walker!
Child loves it, parent hated putting it togther

The finished product is great.... Getting there was the issue. First there were NO instructions in the box. So I went to the Radio Flyer website to download. Parts indicated in the Manuel and shown in pictures are different from the ones in the packaged product. The red vertical arms that hold the handle bar are cut from base which require it to be screwed in BUT that isn't in the directions. So after I put on all the wheels, I realize that the handle section needs to be attached but access is impossible with the wheels on. So I had to damage the wheel hubs and locks just to get them off. How hard is it to update assembly instructions? Pros: Child loves it. Helps him learn to walk. Cons: Instructions we're missing, online directions were missing an important step.
Worth the price!

We got this as a gift from grandma however if we had not, we would have gotten it ourselves. Our 1 year old son loves it and can't get enough of walking on his own. It's made well and doesn't roll out from under him as the wheels have little resistance tabs to slow them down. WORKS GREAT ON CARPET as it still is easy to push yet doesn't go to fast where he can't keep up. My son's favorite is to sit inside and have my wife and I push or pull him around in it. You couldn't wipe the smile off of his face if you tried. Overall a solid purchase if you get one.
Great idea... could use some improvement!

This is a great wagon and my son loves it at 8 months old. I have to say I was slightly disappointed by a few things. I bought it instead of a classic wagon as I thought it would be fun for him to push around, it is fun and for that it serves its purpose and is super cute! 1- the item was damaged from shipping as there was no packaging around the box it comes it. I did not complain as it was not too bad of damage that I could not deal with 2- Obviously as with everything else no days you have to put it together and I was really surprised the wheels do not have a great fastener, and the wooden rails are already assembled and were stripped out so they do not hold in place if removed from wagon. 3- It would be fantastic if the wheels were capable of being turned (this wagon goes in a straight line only!), it is near impossible for a little one to turn a corner... not really big deal to go re direct if for him. 4- I thought the wagon would be a bit bigger, he will grow out of it before he is 1 as far as sitting in it goes. However I am sure he can push his toys around for years : ) All in all for the price I think it is a fun alternative to a push/walker toy and if you have the money I am sure most kids will enjoy it. But as far as wagons go I will still have to buy a larger wagon to serve that purpose and wish the construction was better.
I Love this Wagon

I purchased this for my two year old, because he loved to push everything around. This is a well built extemely cute push wagon. I especially like the clicking noise from the clickers on the wheels (you could make them not click too). It is designed for a beginning walker (say 10 months & up). The padded front helps protect whatever he bumps into. Smart thinking!!
LOVE THIS WALKER1

This walker is very well constructed. Its strong, rid git, and controls the child from walking at too fast of a pace. . I bought another walker to help my Grandson along. This one did the trick. He's 12 months and this gave him the confidence he needed to let go. Its also strong to put him in and push him like a wagon. He'll get lots of use out of this!!!!! Love radio flyer.
Radio flyer is great

Bought this for grandson turning 2 soon. Haven't had it put together yet, will let his Dad have that honor; but previous Radio flyer wagon that I bought (mini one) when he was born was simple and easy... I expect this one to be the same. Will continue to buy Radio flyer wagons as he grows! This one seemed ideal for toddler new to walking having a little support, plus to carry all those toys!
Great quality and perfect toddler toy

Bought this for my grandson when he was 22 months old and it was his favorite toy. He loaded it with toys, blocks, and stuffed animals and pushed them or pulled them through the house. At age 3 it became a riding toy for a flying trip down the driveway. Very sturdy and well made. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves this walker! She pushes it around and loves to put her toys in it to push around the house. It did come with a lot of parts to assemble but my husband didn't complain and said it was easy to do.
