This is an introductory review. I have this mattress for exact 16 days. [...].Foundation is made of wood slats that you have to assemble (very quick). Foundation cover was twin sized but label stated "Queen size".Mattress is firm now, but I will wait a year to comment on that.Do not be fooled: Description states "12" Eco-Friendly Latex mattress" which is NOT true.There are layers which includes the high density REGULAR foam for the base and a top layer made of latex. Disappointment.I was hoping for 12 inches of pure latex, but I guess you get what you pay for.Don't get me wrong, this is not a cheapo mattress, but the description leads you to believe that you are buying pure latex. You are NOT.Also, my back pain just got worse (I thought it was only the old mattress's fault) but it might be adjustment period.I like the bed and it is comfortable but there are some hiccups here and there.Will update review later on.

Service Review

Delivery was on time by UPS. Mattress plastic wrap (the only packaging material with the mattress) came damaged with a 1 inch hole which made the fabric on the mattress charcoal color on that spot, almost like it got all the dirt from MD to WA trip. It should have at least one more layer of packaging to protect the mattress.
