Worth Waiting For

We are extremely pleased with the wooden dog crate we purchased. It is high quality, easy to assembly and MADE IN AMERICA. The finish coordinates well with our antique oak furniture. Since we are using this as a napping spot for an older dog, we removed the door and tucked it safely behind it for future use. I worried about what size to order and finally settled on a medium. It is perfect for a large labrador retriever (tall and 90 pounds). It will be Handed down to a 75 pound Golden Doodle and will be perfect for her also. Thank you Wayfair!
Boxy but better than good

I was concerned that Goose, 105lb & very tall boxer, would rebuke leaving his previous traditional pen. He loves it, additionally, the slats provide better ventilation & the door provides an easy access for cleaning. Follow the directions to assemble, unless you enjoy simple frustration, the parts fit perfectly. However, consider glueing a magnet to the door & another to contact close..Goose figured out the minor latch flaw quickly. My magnet solution works well enough, as I had no desire to take a drill bit to this beauty besides, my youngest son can still escape when his (3) older brothers try to lock him in..Two chairs on either side and a chess board on top makes the large chunk of space occupied by this furniture functional for multiple uses and an all round great home, dog & family investment.

I never take the time to leave a review (which is not fair since I do refer to reviews from people when purchasing items). I just received our dog crate and I can't believe how well made it is, how well packed it was when shipped, how easy it was to put together and how Beautiful the finished product is, truly a great deal. The shipment came way before projected arrival date which was a wonderful surprise. The sections were so perfectly labeled that my husband and I were able to put it together no problem, which is amazing!! After shopping around this was the best deal for the money but I was still being cautious before it arrived, it is by far so much better than expected. So far no cons to report. I would highly recommend this product. THANK YOU WAYFAIR you have a very happy customer!!
Extremely high quality

This dog crate replaces our old wire crate. It is fair to say that the shipping took quite a while (as disclosed), but it was well worth the wait. Easy to assemble, yet very high quality materials. Truly looks like a piece of furniture. I would agree with other reviewers that noted the finicky latch (if your dog is rambunctious, you may want to switch out the latch). I highly recommend this crate.

My Dogs love this. I only bought one and they fight on who gets to use it. Both can fit comfortable for a small time but eventually i WILL buy another. I read on the reviews that it is best to attach another latch so I have purchased this so I can eventually get rid of the metal crate I use for my dog that is a little bit of an escape artist.
big dog home

Bought two of these when our younger two boxers were pups. Wanted to crate train them but did not like the look of plastic in the house. No longer use the crates to contain them as they are more mature now. However, they still like to use them as a private retreat so door stays open all the time.

This is the most sturdy, well-made dog crate I've ever seen. Heavy. We did caulk the edges on the bottom to make sure is was water tight. Excellent buy. We and our furry kids love it!

Very well built product. Exactly what I was looking for and very easy to put together. Matches my living room furniture and blends right in.
Beautiful and functional

This has been the home for our boxer for a couple of years now. It fits right in to our decor and is used to keep her from roaming the house at night when she should be at rest.
good product, cheap latch
Laura Lawrence from Quincy, IL– Verified Buyer
Love the pet crate!!! It is great quality and i have no doubt it will last along time. Only complaint is the latch on the door, while it is strong enough to hold my small dog in my 1 yr old son figured it out in about 30 seconds and lets the dog out!! A larger dog would definitely be able to get out with enough force on the door.
