It came very well packaged via FedEx and was easy to assemble in about 15 minutes. Larger than the stated dimensions (I ordered small, wonder if I got a medium?). I found one tiny brass screw inside after I put it together.....have no idea where it came from.......I leave the door open and my dog goes in and out at his leisure. Also put some steps next to it and a memory foam bath rug on top, and he likes to hang out there as well. Was this helpful? Yes / No

SophieMia from PA	5.0 3/22/2012 Lovely, Well-Made, Easy to Assemble Product Review We purchased this beautiful dog crate in the espresso finish to house our two miniature dachshunds. They fit perfectly into the medium size crate. The crate was packed very carefully with thick foam insulation surrounding the ends, and foam sheets wrapped around each piece. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and we (amateurs!) completed the assembly in about 20 minutes with a cordless screwdriver. We now have a lovely piece of furniture that doubles as a table instead of wire/plastic crates in our living or dining room. Service Review We ordered the crate from Wayfair on 2/4/2012 and it was delayed about a week from the initial scheduled delivery date, which was unsurprising given that each crate is made to order in Maine. Wayfair informed us promptly of the delay via email and provided the updated shipping date, which was right on the mark. The crate is worth the wait. Was this helpful? Yes / No
