After a glitch with the order, the customer service rep worked us to resolve it and was very polite and patient. We compliment her on the way she handled everything. Good job and great product! Product Review If it wasn't for the small motor running noise this makes, I would have given this fireplace a 5 out of 5 stars for rating. The heat this thing puts out keeps my place extra toasty. It is very nice and I get complainments for everyone that sees it. Plus it has a 10 year warranty which can not be beat!!!
