The only issue was that the shoulder straps were quite long for my small frame (I'm 5'2"). But with a leather punch, I was able to add a couple of more holes to the straps so it will buckle in a better place for me. Was this helpful? Yes / No
Stephen Godding from Ottawa, ON	4.0 4/22/2012 Distressed a tad to much but I fixed that It was advertised by Claire Chase as "distressed" but they do it in a way that makes the leather very rough and dry as apposed to an aged or distressed backpack that had been looked after. I had to treat it with leather conditioner and now it looks aged and worn but is still soft and nice to touch. Apart from that the carry straps need a hasp added (esay to do) to hold them together in the front if you actually use it as a back pack. Just a piece of leather and a snap button, any tailor that does leather of shoe repair can whip one up. Was this helpful? Yes / No

The only complaint is that the straps should be a little more padded for a backpack that can carry so much. The way I load it, it can get heavy after a while. I still love it though.
