It's pretty But.... The set is very beautiful and my husband loves it....However one of the chairs i received had little tear in it and leg had rust on it....i called back and was promised for a replacement....so i'm all happy with it. As for assembly, yes it is tough for the chair and you cant exactly follow the steps...I found it easier to assemble it my own way. |

Very nice looking ... just a pain to assemble. First a review for the table. Very nice looking, not that difficult to build. Chairs : Nice looking but the assembly process is unacceptably difficult. I concur with the other reviewer. I just don't get it. Humankind have been building chairs for centuries but this set of 4 will take you at least a day just because the screws are too small or the receptacles are too short and they don't even align the way they are supposed to. I say a day, while you try to figure out how to put them together. I literally had to do the following: 1-I hammered the metal slots (once) from the frames (where the holes are located) to bend them a little bit. 2-I put the chair upside down on top of a counter 3-I climbed on top (really?) and put both knees on each of the frames. 4-Believe it or not, this was not enough so I had to press the Allan key really, really hard. 5-I had to turn all screws simultanously, one turn on each screw and them move to the next one, because if you screw one completely the others won't reach the receptacle. Again, the chairs are very nive and very comfortable but a hassle to assemble. |

Nice product. SLOOOW delivery. Product Review It is a great size for a small room or apartment. It has a very modern look which goes great with my decor.I did find it difficult to put together the chair screws seemed too short nothing lined up when screwing parts together. It took me hours to get the whole set put together. Flawed chair, had a white strip running along the seat. Service Review Delivery was slower than expected. It took almost 8 weeks from the day I placed the order until it arrived on my doorstep! I am from Canada and I was told it would take a mx of 6 weeks. It arrived in good condition, except one chair had a flaw on it, a long thin white strip runs across the black seat. I figured I'd covere it up then wait another 2 months for a new chair. Not always would someone reply to my emails when I had questions about the delivery. Direct USA was the company who shipped my product and they never had real time updated info on thier tracker, I noticed, as I checked it everyday that info that was added was for up to 4 days prior.Product was arranged for delivery and was delivered to my home within the time frame. |
