I was very pleased with the chilipad. I have a lot of itching when I get too warm in bed. This product cools enough to reduce and eliminate the itching. Assembly was easy and it works well.

Works great!! My tempur-pedic mattress just gets way too hot. Easy to use. Only wish remote control buttons were a bit larger & easier to read symbols. Love the timer feature. The attached tubing isn't really long enough, so had to order the 4ft extension.

Using in hot climate, sleep like a baby. You can feel the tubes, if you like a smooth mattress get a mattress cover. Unit should be auto voltage sensing for travel 100v to 240v. Major draw back, Using in Australia and had to buy a large step down transformer. I would not take to a dry cleaning the chemicals may damage the tubes
