Could have been 5 stars except 4... I bought the 16" version. It would have worked for me if the overall 16" measurement had been from the wall bracket to the CENTRE of the rotating head but was to the outer edge of the head. So I was short by 2.0 inches. I had to returned it. $43.00 to ship back. I ordered the 20.0" model Now I have the length I need but the mount head DOES NOT ROTATE FROM LANDSCAPE TO PORTRAIT as described on the CHIEF website. I email them on this concern. They admitted that it is an error & they will update their website. So what about me ???? Thanks Chief. No offer of any compensation. I needed to be able to change to portrait for storage & was looking for as low a profile I could accomplish from the mount surface to the face of the monitor as this is for my truck camper. They said there is a separate bracket for that. Great! Another $120.00 for an adapter b4 shipping, duties etc. $160 - $170.00 I estimate plus added depth to the overall profile. So now I would have a $450.00 mount for my 27.0" monitor.$$$. I can't justify shipping this mount back too. So i am stuck with what I have. NOW THE GOOD. Build & quality are 1st rate as I as expected since I bought the $850.00 PDR mount for my 60." plasma i bought through Wayfair 2-3 years ago. This is why I got another mount from Chief. If you want a good quality mount that is as flexible as your imagination CHIEF will have what you want - but at a price I'm afraid. |

Better than imagined This is a superior product. We have a partial (floor to ceiling) wall dividing our open-plan kitchen and dining area. We wanted a TV that could be used in the kitchen, hidden from the dining area but also swung around the end of the wall to be seen from the dining area. This mount does this ideally. It's robust, easy to maneuver, keeps it's position and feels like we're nowhere near it's limit. The extra section to the mount's arm makes all the difference. |

Worth every penny and then some!!! Wanted a sturdy extension arm to hang my 40" Flat Panel in the corner of my Living Room. Outstanding support and overall ease of movement, makes this the perfect product. I have already reccommended it to several friends in the market for a similar product. I will definitely come back in the future. |

Great for tight spots This product delivers a smooth, adaptable range of movement that lets you put a television in tight places. We can adjust the viewing angle for sight in 180 degree angles.[...] the directions were easy enough for a child to follow. This mount is extremely easy to attach to the wall.I spent time researching wall mounts, and this was the best possible choice. |

Excellent Wall Mount We bought an articulating arm mount so that we could mount our TV between the kitchen and den and swing it to point either way. It mounted on the stud in the wall, was straight forward to install and worked as advertised. I worried about getting the mount exactly vertical for fear that the TV would lean one way or the other especially when pointed in a different direction. But the mount has an easy leveling adjustment that enables you to correct any horizontal alignment in about 1 second after each move. |

Great Product & Easy to Install Viewed this wall mount on line. Read reviews. And it was as easy to install as everyone said. Can't believe those little screws hold up my TV but they do. Strong & secure. I have a 42" plasma. |

Product does more than really needed :-) Very nice product. Strong, cool looking, no biggie to install. A multi-purpose wall mounting plate/device would be nice in case the stud isn't quite where you need it to be. Front/back tilt is great. Would have given 5 stars if not for the included lateral tilt adjustment. (you can tilt the screen left and right about 10 degrees from level) Every time I pull it away from the wall (or whatever) I have to make sure the darn (site won't allow the word I wanted) thing is level, unless you want to tilt your head a few degrees left or right to compensate :-) Reeeally annoying. |

Solidly Built, Easy to Install. This mount is impressive. The ONLY thing I didn't like about it was that the VESA plate is held to the TV with some very very tiny screws. They are suspiciously small! I'm sure they're fine, and I have not had any problems, but it made me incredulous when installing the mount. |
