This is an authentic Belgian style waffle maker which works wonderfully, cooks perfectly and evenly, and makes for very little and easy clean-up. Potential buyers should keep in mind that Belgian style waffles are typically thinner with just a slightly crisp exterior - these will be considerably less "clunkier" that your average Eggo waffle. This waffle maker delivers on the traditional Belgian style stuff. I realized that it took a few trials to get the quantity of mix just right to avoid any over-spill from the cooking surfacs. Once I figured this out, it was perfect. The waffle iron takes a fair a$ount of time to warm up evenly the first time you plug it in, but once ready, the waffles cook really really quickly. Again, great product!

This is my first waffle iron and I love it. I did not know that waffles could be so easy! We love the hearts too. The waffles come out very easily. Be sure and let the rest on a cooling rack so moisture does not accumulate on the bottom surface.

I'm still experimenting with recipes but i have had absolutely no problem with using the waffle maker. It's compact, easy to use and a great first waffle maker for me :)One waffle stuck a little and i found that area a bit of a pain to clean but after that it hasn't stuck at all and is easy peasy to clean![...]Wayfair gave me this waffle maker free to try and give my honest opinion!I will also be reviewing it on my blog with pictures.

Waffle maker heats up quickly so it is not a problem when you are making waffles for more than one. Remember to only use 1/3 cup as it will overflow if you use more.
