Chef'N SleekSlice™ Collapsible Handheld Mandoline - 104-014-011

Cheaply made. Worked so-so the first time I used it (for scalloped potatoes, and potatoes are one of the easiest things for a mandoline slicer to handle), it worked okay but not great. The second time, it couldn't even slice a potato in one stroke--that's how dulled the blade had become after the first use. I won't use it again--the combination of how hard I have to press to slice and how wobbly it is makes me afraid for my fingers.

I love the way it collapses for storage.

It works nicely and is easy to clean, but it's a bit awkward to hold as you slice.
