The plastic cover for the wall mount was broken upon arrival, but otherwise it was good. Service Review The delivery was on time, but the box was in very bad shape. Upon opening the box I noticed the plastic cover for the wall mount was broken. I contacted Wayfair and had to leave a message because no one answered and I never received a call back. I am still waiting and therefore would not order from them again unless thy show they have good customer service and contact me for a new replacement. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Very sturdy and adjustable. I used with 27" SONY and a 32" VIZIO Tvs without any problems.
