Got this to get the TV off of the furniture and higher for better viewing. Filled the bill on both counts, with adjustable viewing angle side to side, I am very pleased. As to assembly and installation, you must have a basic toolbox with screwdrivers. wrenches and, some type of drill & bits. A stud finder is handy, as the mount must be anchored to the wall studs. Concrete wall anchors are provided for that option as well. Allow 1-2 hrs. from box open to done, not counting trips to the hardware. If this seems like a lot of work consider the price, which in my view makes this a great deal.

I looked for an affordable mount for weeks and even bought two that were much more expensive. One didn't fit and the other was too flimsy so I was afraid to hang my tv from it. My mount pattern is 600x400 on a 46" LCD which is bigger than most of the "universal" wall mounts will go. I was afraid to buy one online after returning two I bought at the store already. I am taking the time to review this product because I'm sure others feel the same way but I have to tell you this is an amazing mount and a great value. The bolt pattern fit perfectly. The two arm system is both versatile and extremely strong and it went up in about 15 minutes. The order shipped quickly and showed up a day earlier than originally anticipated. If I had more tv's to mount I would buy this product again in a heartbeat. This is by far the best price I have found for a tv mount this size AND it is much better built that the mounts I paid over $200 for.

Product was fairly easy to install, I am quite a handy man. Directions were a little confusing at times, but take your time and be logical about it. Live in a new condo unit with metal studs, which gave me the biggest hassle. But the TV is hung and when my wife returned from a business trip, she found it to be a wonderful surprise.
Great product and inexpensive compared to others

Very easy to install. very sturdy. The only issue i had is that the bolt for the mount to the back of the TV was slightly too long for my TV model. I solved this by using the extra plastic washers and drilling the holes to be larger so that I could use two washers instead of one. Otherwise it's a great inexpensive TV mount. I recommend.
Good for the money

The the price I have to day this product is great. A family member put it up in about an hour. Some of the screws weren't a perfect fit, though so he had to use some of his own. Once up, getting the TV up was fairly easy for 2 people. It's a 55". It does tilt and flip but can't say I am comfortable with having such a large TV sit so far off the wall so I leave it flat.

The only issue is that the actual metal is kind of soft and so when it tilts, it really won't straighten. The hardware won't retain itself. The tilt isn't drastic enough to send it back. Otherwise, it is good.

This TV mount is great for the price or any price for that matter. Before looking online, I was seeing prices for similar product for 3-4 times Wayfair's price. The mount seems solid and is easy to set up. I have a 46" weighing in at around 45lbs so I am way under the max. weight limit of this mount but like the idea of being able to upgrade sizes later without the hassle of buying and setting up another mount. I don't use any of the swivel aspects of this mount but did need one that would extend to make connections easier since the TV is recessed in a built in cabinet.
Chetah Mount Missing Parts

This is a heavy versatile mount, sufficient to support even the heaviest flat panel TV. In my opinion, this mount is too heavy for 32 to 40 TVs, since the weight of the Chetah mount exceeds the weight of the TV. For larger TVs this could be an advantage, providing added stability. Unfortunately, for me, disadvantages outweigh the advantages for this mount.

We just put the mount up this weekend and it is great. Very sturdy! It was missing one of the main bolts, so I had to send the hubby down to the hardware store to size up and buy the missing bolt. Other than that, I am very pleased so far.

You have to assemble the mount before mounting. They work great. Very well made. I used one in a bedroom and one above a fireplace mounted into a brick wall. Worked great!
