I was so happy to find Chatham Furniture on Wayfairs site. The stand is made from 100 hardwood and made in a factory in Massachussetts. It is clearly handmade - the stand that we got had its own beautiful wood grain and the color was slightly different than what we saw on the screen but we love it! Product Review We purchased this piece to place all of our video components to use with our 46" Flat screen we have mounted on the wall.It is just the right size for what we needed to put in it. We loved it as soon as we got it unwrapped. You just can't buy craftsmanship like this in your local audio/video or furniture store. Very solid, with a beautiful finish. We have had it now since Jan 2009, and we know we couldn't have found a piece like this anywhere else but Chatham Furniture. We would recommend this to anyone needing a mid sized entertainment center. And for anyone who is looking for a piece with a nice clean look. Love the Cherry wood! Service Review Delivery time: Keep in mind, this is not some item sitting around in a warehouse waiting to be purchased. These are made when they are ordered(at least it was when we purchased)they will need time to build this for you. And it is worth it. D&C Impressed from Milwaukee, WI	5.0 2/8/2010 Very Satisfied Customer We use this entertainment stand in our basement rec room to hold our surround sound, video, and video game equipment. On the top we have our 50" plasma TV. We bought this stand because of the glass doors so we could put something nice to look at, in them. We installed a little LED spotlight (for about $40) in each side cabinet to accent our items stored in the cabinet and replaced those wood shelves with glass shelves purchased at a nearby glass store (about $20).
