I am pleased with it so far

I cooked my first meal on it, hamburgers. They were definately better than from my old direct flame grill. It does cook hotter. My only concern is the tight grill and keeping it clean. I followed directions to run grill on high when I got done and it did seem to burn off the drippings.

Very good product, just having trouble learning how to adjust heat when cooking steaks, otherwise, we're enjoying it immensely.

It was really easy to assemble. I only needed help lifting the top part onto the bottom part because it was a little heavy and I am not that strong. The grill itself is great. It was easy to operate.

I like the way it does seem to cook a little faster then our old grill. I just wish there was some kind of storage for this price.
Nice looking grill, cooks nice and hot!

Putting it together took about 3 hours. The side shelf/burner is a little loose, very difficult to get to screw holes. It cooks well, it gets very hot for a nice sear.
Not very sturdy. Works well though.

I would not recommend. I won't return it because it's not wortht the hassle and it works ok. the knobs and a lot of the fittings are a bit flimsy.. Assembly was not too hard (about 4 hours total). IT cooks well though, I recommend the infra red technology. Just buy the better one - the professional series or something. You'll get more for your money.
