Century Dual Grip Medicine Ball
Grips seem uneven

I have a couple of small complaints but other than that you get what you pay for and it is pretty good. The first complaint is that that grips seem a little uneven. By uneven I mean one side fits my hand pretty good with a little room to spare now when I transfer the ball using the other grip it seems tight and to barely fit my other hand. I ordered both the 12 and 16 lb and the 16 lb is the one that seems uneven. Now the other complaint I have is that I weighed both the 12 and 16 lb balls when I received then and they both are off by 3-6 ounces. Finally I have a 6lb that has a rubber coating that improves the grip when throwing punches with the ball these do not have the coating therefore you have to grab them a little more tightly so they do not slip out of your hand.
Great Alternative to Traditional Medicine Balls....

...Especially if you're doing twisting and asymmetrical med ball work. The handles allow you to keep control of the ball without worrying about it slipping our of your hands. Easier to maintain good form during such exercises.
