Catskill Craftsmen Kitchen Cart with Butcher Block Top
Not sure how I feel about this
Susan from Syracuse, NY– Verified Buyer
Assembly on this cart was annoying because none of the pieces are marked with a sticker or anything, and there are quite a few pieces! You have to keep referring to the diagram in the instructions and basically rely on how many pre-drilled holes are on each piece to tell them apart. Took me much longer than I had anticipated to put together. Also the drawer seems sort of cheap and not sturdy, I am concerned it may even drop out if I pull it too far For the price I had expected something a little better.

sturdy kitchen cart, wished middle wood concealer was more nicely finished. Gap between two middle door is about 12 wide and the wood that covers it is unfinished and we had to scraped it. Other than that, it is a very functional kitchen piece.
Great piece of furniture
Sharon from Boston, MA– Verified Buyer
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the back panel (the only piece that is not solid wood) was broken and had to be replaced. Customer service was great, though, and got the replacement piece to me right away - no questions asked - and in good condition.
Catskill Craftsmen is located in Stamford, New York, a small rural village nestled in the northern sections of the Catskill Mountains, at the headwaters of both the Schoharie and Delaware rivers.
Catskill Craftsmen began operations in 1948, and has developed over the years, becoming the nation's leading manufacturer of RTA (ready to assemble) hardwood kitchen islands, carts, and work-centers. The company is privately held, and takes great pride in its products and services.
Sixty dedicated employees work hard to insure that our products are delivered rapidly and meet your satisfaction. Catskill's manufactured items are made from naturally self-sustaining, non-endangered North American hardwoods, primarily birch and hard rock maple. Lumber is purchased from area sawmills, then dried, manufactured, and packaged on site. All sawdust, shavings and waste materials generated during the manufacturing process is converted into wood pellet fuel, and used to heat homes. Catskill is proud to say, "our operations generate no wood waste".
Catskill is also a leading manufacturer of exclusive, private label kitchen workcenters for the trade. Their products are described as "high quality at fair prices".
