I bought this cart as a clearance item. I was very leary about the return policy and it being discounted so heavily. I placed the order on Dec. 27 in the evening, and I recieved it Dec. 29. I was quite pleased with that service. The cart itself is wonderful. I have read the reviews about it being difficult to assemble, and the instructions hard to understand. It is time consuming yes, but it is not any more difficult than other furniture companies. With that being said I am so happy I made the purchase.

Delivery was prompt and arrived prior to the expected day. UPS did not take good care of the package. Package arrived open, with a part missing. Parts were scratched but I was able to sand out. I contacted customer service in reference to the missing part. Their response was quick to resolve the problem. CSN customer service is far above anything that I have ever experienced. They could not do enough for me to make things right. The operator even called back a few days after to ensure everything was in order. She was awesome. She represented her company very well.

Very difficult to put together and very poor instructions. Not all parts were there, had to send away for them. Cheap construction. Whell brakes do not work.

The directions leave a bit to be desired. It was missing some parts. [...] The finished cart is very pretty. The quality of the wood on the doors and top/drop leaf is excellent. We're a bit surprised that the shelf (right above the doors) was not as good a quality. The casters don't lock into place easily. Would not be a good 'island' because the back does not look nearly as nice as the front. We have ours against the wall until we want to use it and them move it into the center of the kitchen. Overall we feel that it's a little too expensive.

My wife and I purchased the Hart kitchen cart with a drop leaf. It was a perfect addition to our remodeled kitchen. It offers a place were the grandchildren and us can share in preparing food. When not in use it is attractive peice of furniture. The only trouble I had was in understanding the writtern instructions. Eventually, after a lot of trial and error and head scratching, I managed to succeed. I did however throw away the instructions and use common sense. Even with the instruction problems, we are happy with the cart.

can't say enough about this kitchen cart. my wife loves it and the quality of the wood is excellent. highly recommend. the instruction could be a bit clearer i.e. the picture aspect but overall cart is nice.
