DELIVERY SERVICE CALLED 1/2 HOUR B4 THEY ARRIVED. CHAIR WAS IN PERFECT ORDER AND SO BIG THAT THE DRIVERS HAD TO TAKE IT OUT OF MY HOUSE AND BRING IT IN THROUGH MY SLIDING PATIO DOOR TO PLACE IT IN THE FAMILY ROOM.THEY WERE BEING EXTRA CAREFUL AS I REMOVED THE EXACT SAME CHAIR THE NEW ONE WAS REPLACING OUT OF MY HOUSE THE WAY THEY WERE ORIGINALLY TRYING TO BRING IN THE NEW ONE.

I Waited A Month To Use The Chair Before Reporting. I Would Give This Chair A 9 Out Of 10 Overall. A Little Stiff To Get The Leg Rest Down, You Have To Use The Handle & Some Pushing With Your Legs To Get It Down & You Would Want To Make Sure You Look Under The Chair Before Closing If You Have Any Pets! You May Squish Them In The Space Under The Chair! I Checked ALL Over - I Got The BEST BUY! I Say If Yer Lookin Fo A Seat GO FOR IT Baby!

Delivery Was FREE & Flawless, The Driver Went Above & Beyond His Job, If I Had $ At The Time I Would Have Tipped! The Service Kinda Sucks-I Did Not Get Charged For The Chair Until Delivery! I Thought They Were Paid By My CC And Completed Payment When I Placed My Order-2Months Later "That's Why Shipping Is Free" They Took Payment Right Before The Delivered. They Hit My CC Over 20 Times, I was Short $ That Was Much Needed Because Of The LACK Of Communication. NOWHERE Does It Say They Wait To Charge You, It Showed On My Statement The Card Was Hit The Day Of Purchase To Confirm That The Funds Were Available. This Bookkeeping Nightmare Was A Hardship. I Advise That You CONFIRM & RE-CONFIRM When The Payment Is going To Be Taken Out Of Your Account. You May End Up Thinking You Have Funds Available When In Fact You Don't. The People Were GREAT Just A Really BAD Way Of Completing The Payment Process. When You Check Out Your "Cart" Your Payment Should Be Completed & Deducted From Your Account At That Time, Not When The Item Is Delivered Several Months Later Because When You Choose FREE Delivery You Wait A While For The Shipment! I Don't Mind The Wait Just The Poor Payment Check Out That Was A Big Surprise & Almost Cost Me My Rent! That's All I'll Whine About. Always Check The Finest Print And Make Sure Your Cart Has EXACTLY What You Ordered. I bought this for MOM's room. I am lucky enough to have a small room with a TV and a craft space. I love relaxing in it at night. It is so big that my 7 year old can snuggle with me for a movie. It is also an alternate sleeping spot when the snoring gets too awful. I love it. It is soft to the touch and cushy. The heat feature is fine but the message is weird and noisy. That is not what I bought it for, so I don't care about that, but if you are looking for a real massage chair, look elsewhere. The only other problem I have is fighting off the beagle.
