[...]. I looked at many cat trees in pet stores here, but they all seemed flimsy, and none had a large enough perch on the top to accommodate a larger, geriatric cat. So I turned to the internet. The Molly and Friends 2-tier perch is solid--doesn't wobble at all, even when the cat leaps from the top perch. [...] My cat, Bubbles, took to it immediately. The top bed is high enough for her to get a good view out the window and large enough that she doesn't feel cramped. The only negative I have is that the cradle is very tight underneath the bed. My old cat has to use the window sill as a third step to get up to and down from the bed above it. I would prefer a platform that sticks out farther, so she would have a place to feel sure-footed jumping up and down, but this was the best design I could find.I chose the burgundy carpet with one brown post.
