My 2 kittens absolutely love their cat tree. They are so entertaining to watch, as they chase one another up & down, in & out. We also have 3 dogs & the kittens love that they can run from them & lay on top & watch the dogs below. The fuzzy mice hanging below the platforms, lasted only a few days before they broke off, but it is easy to hang different toys in their place. I am so happy I purchased this cat tree. I can see that my cats are much happier & more playful since I bought it. It is very sturdy & I have no fear of it falling over. I purchased this cat tree because my two kitties, Miles and Cody, were having such fun with the first cat tree I got them. I didn't want another one that was very high or large since I live in an apartment with limited space. This cat tree fit the bill and, once assembled, looked just like the picture. The construction is solid and the dangling toys provide a fun distraction when kitty isn't just lounging on the cat tree. To begin with, though, my cats pretty much ignored this cat tree once I had it set up. I couldn't figure out why until I was cleaning one day and had to put the cat tree on top of a large box to get it out of the way. Miles and Cody immediately pounced on it and started playing with it like crazy. Eureka! Turns out it just wasn't high enough for them to be interested. This is a great cat tree if you can find the right location for it. Or maybe your cats aren't as picky about height and will love it for its 28 inches. I could also see this as being a great cat tree for kittens who haven't quite mastered jumping and climbing yet."..."  Read more

The quality of this condo tree is typical for cat trees in this price range. Thin faux fur glued to 1/4" particle board. All the scratch posts have 1/4" piece of rope wound around 4" hard cardboard tubes. The condo has plenty of room inside even for our 12lb cat. I removed the hammock at the bottom. It just gets in the way but all the cats seem to love the 2 beds on top of the scratching post even though there is NO Padding, just the thin faux fur. Overall it's fairly sturdy even with 3 to 4 cats on it at one time. It does have a slight wobble especially when the first jump on it but in no way would flip over or frighten the cats. All 5 of our cats (mandy, joey, anna, nicky & crissie) climb & play on it all the time. My Brother bought one but his cat (Tony) didn't go around it at first. After about 2 weeks Tony started playing & scratching on the post. He climed up into the condo & and now sleeps there all the time."..."  Read more
