I purchased this item a while ago & my heavy weight cats LOVE it.They spent quite a lot of time swinging,clawing & jumping each other on it daily. It does wobble a bit but not enough to topple it or even move it.My cats are 17 & 12 lbs so they do challange it. I tighten it up every once in a while but it pretty much stays the same. This was a great investment- so much so that I recently purchased the 44" Sherpa tree & it also stays put . Mozart loves this tree house. I did have a few problems trying to put it together, but finally got it done. He loves to lounge on it and loves scratching on the posts. The circle is a little too small for big cats, but if you have a kitten it would be perfect. I know other people just removed it, but I kept it on and use it as storage for all of his balls and toys. They don't stay very long in there, but it can be useful for storage. I would recommend this to anyone who has a cat that loves to climb, scratch, and loves to lounge on your stuff.
