This is the first cube (or almost cube) shaped cat bed I've been able to find in years. I've purchased dome shaped beds from pet stores, but my cat would have nothing to do with them because of her height and length. I was excited to find this one and once it was home, she immediately curled up in it and went to sleep. Materials in this bed are of highest quality. The bed does not shed and is easy to wash and dry. Both of my cats can fit perfectly into this bed and can keep each other warm at night. I have this on my bed and it has ended disagreements with the cats about who is going to get which bed. Cats can stretch out or curl up and still have the cozy feeling of the sides of the bed protecting them. It is soft and warm. I highly recommend this company and this bed. My female brown tabby loves this bed. I bought the covered one because this bed is placed near the Air Conditioner and this deflects the cold air from her. I had bought another Armarkat bed, but she, nor another cat friend would get close to it. Something about it repelled them, but my niece's Lab loved it. He could not curl up but laid over it with either head for rear hanging off. Guess it was meant for dogs. He did pass away and it has since gone under the control of his two dog friends."..." I have to admit when I received this bed I thought they sent me the wrong one. It was in a box very flat. But upon taking all of it out, the padding is separate and you zip each side in and zip the pillow cover on. I of course had the light blue part on the outside, duh. This is a great bed. My 11 lb. cat loves it, stretches out in it and lays his head on the sides and looks so comfortably. I would recommend this bed. Zippers all look well made and strong. Padding easily removes."..."
