i first bought this bed in size small from a local pet store. the thickness is amazing~!! i bought more than 10 flat beds over the years and NONE is compared to the comfort of this bed (it is almost equivalent to four average flat beds piled up together.) i have two cats and they loved it so much i was compelled to buy a bigger version for them to share. i use this bed in their pet stroller when i take them out for "walks". the thick cushioning is great for slight bumps during those walks. also, cos this is their favorite bed, i place it in the feline outdoor tent whenever they are outside, they love resting on their favorite bed, watching birds and squirrels go by. i bought a 78" tall tree from this site, and this bed is great for cushioning the jump from the highest platform of the tree. this bed gets THICKER after wash. i placed it in the washer (delicate) after which is placed in the dryer (delicate) .. the bed is thicker and feels more condensed after. they LOVE it! i love it too cos i sometimes rest my head on their bed to sleep with them.. hehe this is selling for more than 20% more at a local pet store. I own a miniature dachshund. They like to burrow themselves. I have three different sizes of the SnooZZy Cozy Comforter Dog Bed. These are the best beds to put inside of an airline carrier bag and a stroller. They make the ride so much smoother for the dog, especially in an airplane. The last one I purchased was black to match the inside of the stroller I just purchased from you. They are so thick and comfortable for a dog to curl up on. He loves the bed so much. I placed another one on my couch. He doesn't get off of it. He never had a bed that he enjoyed as much as this one. My dog travels with this bed all over the country. I just take it out of the stroller or airline carrier bag, and he has a comfortable bed. When I wash them, I just toss them into the washer and dry them just for a few minutes. We have two cats, and they both love this bed. One of them is in it almost all the time when we are home (we may have to purchase a second one). We think they like it because when they curl up in it, it sinks down a bit, so the bed nestles up around them, and it is thick, so they have lots of cushioning under them as well. They also seem to like putting their heads up on edge of the puff when they are just resting, and when they want some serious sleep they will tuck their noses under some of the material to cover their eyes. Overall, the perfect cat bed. Each of our cats weighs about 12 pounds, and we actually exchanged the 18" puff for a 26" puff, and that worked better for them - they needed the extra room of the 26" puff. The sherpa material does collect fur a bit, but the cover is washable, so it's not really a concern. We have purchased many cat beds over the years, and the sherpa puff is the first bed that they have both liked a lot."..."  Read more

We have been searching for a solid bed for our 10 year old black lab with hip dysplasia and arthritis. We have gone through a significant number of beds including memory foam (which flatten and hold in odor) and nesting beds (which flatten quickly and are difficult to get off.) The coils in this bed are great and provide plenty of support. My only "complaints" are that the bed is just about an inch or so too short for our lab to stretch out and the bolsters aren't solid enough to provide head "pillow" support. As far as comfort goes though, this provides more support than any other bed we've had before and we will get a second soon for downstairs."..."  Read more
