Love it! Easy to put together, excellent hardwood..looks way more expensive than it was..you will be happy for sure. Looks country chic or you could use it as a dining room table for a french country look if you need a small one. |

Top of table is low quality My wife and I bought this hoping for a mid-range (not Ikea or particle board, but not $2000 solid hardwood) dining solution. While we are happy with the construction and sturdiness of the set, the table top finish is pretty poor. It is easily scratched/dented, and every thing you set on it leaves a mark (put a plate on the table, and by the time you are finished eating there will be a ring on the table top that only comes out with a lot of rubbing it down with a clean cloth). I certainly wish we could get a do-over on this table, as the finish on the top of the table is the single most obvious part of the furniture. On the plus side, it wasn't very difficult to assemble (although time consuming, it took me 2+ hours, and I work pretty fast) and seems very sturdy. |

Do not like the "distressed look". We are very pleased with the set since it fits our kitchen space better than what we had. I love the table top finish but feel I need to treat it gingerly to keep it looking good.Wish it had a coating to protect the finish. The distressed look that is so popular makes it look old and worn like it's been around a long time instead of being a new set. Chairs were very difficult to assemble. |

Perfect Kitchen Dining Table w/Problems The product itself looks much more expensive than it is, the chairs have a very wide and comfortable seat, not often seen in cheaper sets, the chairs come already assembled and the table is easy to do. The finish is a perfect antique black, not too dark, not too light, not shiny not matte. It's also the perfect size for my eat-in kitchen, just big enough to fit a family of 4 around the table comfortably. |

Love this table and chairs!! This is the absloute PERFECT size for my small kitchen. Still provides plenty of room though for family meals. The chairs are very sturdy but if sat in for a period of time (card game etc..) they become very HARD!! Cushy chair pads fix that. |
