measure twice, order once

was looking for comfort,cozy, good conversation club chair, found this chair to be small, hard, not what I was expecting for the [$] I spent for them. More like a child or trailer size. One chair came right away, second one never came until I called the third time. Seemed like alot of work for me to give them almost [$]and get what I would describe as cheap furniture. Would send back but didn't buy the plan that allows you to do so without it costing me a boat load of money. Funny how that works! I'll keep them and complain and apoligize to all guests that sit in them.
