Carlson Pet Maxi Pet Gate

This is a great gate. It's very good quality and is very sturdy - not flimsy at all. Love the easy access door on the bottom. Very easy to install.

I needed a gate to keep my granddaughter from pushing on the screen of our 5 foot wide french doors. It works great. We had to cut the support bars where it fit together in order to leave it in place when we close the doors. The only other thing that I would like to change is making the swinging gate stop movable. It would be much more convenient for if the gate opened in away from the screen.

This is a replacement gate. I had the other one for a long time and I am pretty happy it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of product.

The gate works great, one of the better investments made, both dogs stop at the gate and wait til they're allowed in the other room. The only part about the gate I really didn't care for was the connection to the wall. only a screw is holding the fence to the brackets and you have to ensure the distance is right or one side of the fence is weaker then the other side and the fence will wobble or the gate will not shut correctly. No matter the downside it works well and does what its suppose to. Good Job.

I need a wide gate which would keep the dogs out of the dining room and this gate fit the bill and was reasonably priced. It came quickly and was perfect for what I needed. I would order from Wayfair again.

The gate is a good gate and does the job. However, when I purchased it, it was listed as a pressure mounted gate, which I presumed did not require hardware installation into the wall. I was wrong, and it does involve the installation of hardware. The template for installing the hardware was difficult to use and appeared to be inaccurate. We had to work backwards by leveling the gate and marking the drill holes for the walls ourselves, without the template. Not as easy to install as I thought, but it is a good product once it is installed.

Easy to install! My only comment is this I need the full 60 inch span to keep my small dogs contained, and extending it fully to the 60 left enough space on either end for my dogs to escape! I ended up notching a pvc pipe and placing it on each end of the gate, in effect making an additional rail. This solution has worked, no problems. If my dogs were larger the open area would not have been an issue.

I foster dogs from a local rescue, so I never know what I will be up against. This gate keeps them from destroying the house and is easy to move as they grow and learn. I am more than satisifed with this product
