When i sit on the bench it seems as if you are missing some bench, you don't get the feeling of a bench that is substantial and have your back(no pun intended)when you sit on the bench and setup to do sit ups you feel a bit clustered tight and confined,it feels like a kids bench. While the price is great you are best served spending or saving your money on a bigger bench. In fact I will be selling this bench at a lost and ordering a bigger bench. With the exception of the wobbly metal bar that supports the backrest, the bench functions well and supports my 200-lb body with little to no creaking. The bench folds quite easily and can be stored upright. I'm dissapointed that a hook is not included that would prevent the backrest from dangling when the bench is in the vertical position. Service Review Delivery was prompt, but the package that contained bolts, nuts & others had busted.... This made the task of assembling longer. The bench is great for all my upper body exercises and can quickly be changed to different angles. I have the bench in my bedroom with the dumbbells lined up on a wall not seen from the doorway and there is ample room. I really can't say anything negative about it. I didn't think it was more than it was advertised to be and am quite pleased. The padding is comfortable and I have no problem doing the exercises I chose. Was this helpful? Yes / No
