The set has two dumbbells of 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pounds. The dumbbells are professional gym quality (before buying them, I used them in a gym). The dumbbells are rubber coated and not likely to mar floors. The rack was easily assembled by one person in less than an hour. The rack had an odor at first, but it quickly faded. The rack is 23"W X 17"D X 34"H when assembled. If you need heavier weights, CAP has dumbbells like these available in weights up to 60 pounds. Was this helpful? Yes / No
