Calphalon Unison Nonstick Non-Stick Fry Pan

The weight is great, I love the way this feels in my hand. It's a sturdy pan, and the size is nice for when I want to whip up soemthing small (I believe I bought the 8) Calphalon is a great brand, I'm glad Wayfair has it! This is a quality piece that I'm sure will last a long time.

Love the Unison nonstick! I have two other sizes in this line and they are great pans. The surface is a solid, durable nonstick. I actually thought I would not buy nonstick again because of the way it would flake, scratch, etc. but this is so durable. It is entirely different than the old type I had before. I love my stainless steel pans too, but for nonstick, I will buy Calphalon.

Great product with regard to quality. Only con is that it is very heavy -- which is better for even heating. Would recommend.

It truly is non-stick but I can still brown meats and potatoes, and scrape up bits (with a plastic utensil) to add to the flavor of sauces. The weight is great and works extremely well on a ceramic cooktop. Everything cooks evenly. It seems like a perfect pan to me. When they say to use plastic utensils only, do! The non-stick surface will scratch if you don't. That's not a problem. Plastic utensils are great. I may throw my metal ones out.
